Items are shipped after payment.

Shipping within Switzerland is free on purchases of 49 CHF or more; for orders under 49 CHF, the shipping cost within Switzerland is 9 CHF.

PLEASE NOTE :

Shipping outside of Switzerland is available for orders of 50 CHF or more.

For smaller amounts, shipping is only temporarily available for special offers!

Shipping to Germany is available and free on purchases of 100 CHF or more.

Below that amount, the shipping cost is 15 CHF.

Shipping to France is free on purchases of 80 CHF or more.

Below that amount, the shipping cost is 9 CHF.

Price
The prices displayed in the shop are in Swiss francs; the exchange rate is approximately 1 CHF = 1€.

Delivery and transportAvailable items are shipped via postal service within approximately one week.
PLEASE NOTE: kokoso does not deliver to P.O. boxes and does not deliver goods to minors or persons under guardianship without written authorization from their parents or guardian.

Returns or exchanges:

Please do not return items without a valid reason (a defect in the merchandise)!

In such cases, please send us a message before returning the item.

If you are truly unhappy with an item, write to us and we will try to find a solution for you.
